Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our delivery partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs holds for international orders.

1.1 No Returns or Refunds
All Vive1 Food & Drinks products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is immediately forwarded to our production team who begin the preparation process. Due to the handcrafted, perishable, and bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and agree that:
• All sales are final.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• No refunds will be issued due to a change of mind.
1.2 Exceptions - Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We are committed to quality. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or if the wrong product was sent, we will make it right. In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
• Your order number.
• A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
• A brief description of the issue.
Upon review, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds in these circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
